White rice; black poison seaweed salad with pork; fried white fish; miso soup with matchstick daikon and onion and cabbage; 200ml Hokkaido milk.
Wednesday school in a non bread mood. good stuff.

  2. It's called hijiki - has levels of inorganic arsenic higher than most food agencies recommend but it tastes good!
